The long-running “Best Companies to Work for in Texas” recognition program, presented by the Texas Association of Business (TAB), is taking a year off. In lieu of the annual award program, Workforce Research Group is pleased to administer the same employee survey, during the same early-June timeframe, for organizations who want to continue to obtain an annual measurement of workplace satisfaction and engagement.
Brand new to this program? This is a great opportunity to gather baseline results from the Best Companies survey prior to the next annual competition. Workforce Research Group offers each participating employer an opportunity to review their results with a SurveyPro who can help to identify workplace strengths and areas needing improvement.
Participating employers will receive the same robust reporting package including a year-over-year trending analysis dating back to 2021, if applicable*. Below are links to the fees, timeline, survey sample, customization options and registration page.

*Workplace Research Group does not have access to 2021 survey reports. To obtain a trending analysis that includes this year, the organization must provide a copy of that year’s feedback report.

*Costs are not refundable. **Employees are randomly selected.
Withdrawal Fee: Any organization that wishes to cancel participation or withdraw from the program must do so by June 14, 2024 (registration deadline). Any withdrawals or cancelations received after that date will be assessed a $199 withdraw fee as well as any fees for optional services that may have been ordered (paper survey fees, customization, language translation, custom reporting, etc).
